Story behind this is I rarely paint purple. Saying this though made me think as I was painting it going to my Grandmothers house and being intoxicated with that heavenly fragrance. I hope that everyone has had the pleasure of that sweet sweet smell. I'm originally from Rochester, NY and the original Lilac

Festival is June 6th in Rochester. It's something to behold.

It seems like the long I paint with cold wax the slower I go.  The piece I share today is one of my all time favorite pieces.  I am in love with my own work.  How insane is that!?  I just love what I do.  So without further ado............ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!
